Let Your Voice Be Heard is our rally cry – designed to inform, educate and challenge people’s point of view. We want to inspire a call to action against racial injustice and implicit bias within our workplaces and local communities. In this internal release we want to show:
Action Speak. Our path forward. We want to help push Cox’s vision forward, aligning with the Actions Speak initiative. Focusing on this message as the overall theme of the campaign, we show that we are listening to our employees and are working diligently to make change happen.
Face the Truth. Change the Future. Our people. Our experiences. Our hope. There are truths we need to face and real problems in our business and our world. Once we begin to recognize and break those barriers, we can then begin to change the future and open the doors to important and essential conversations.
Unity. Not Uniformity. Unity is a statement in itself. It’s what we should strive for within our businesses and beyond. It’s not about being the same, it’s about embracing our differences and creating change. At Cox, we believe diversity is limitless, embodying all human experiences and truths. To achieve unity, we need equality and inclusion. We need action.
